Les solicité con dos días de antelación si podía hacer late check out, ya que entrabamos a las 22:00 y me contestaron que si (por escrito, en un email), y cuál es mi sorpresa que el mismo día de llegada me dicen que no, que donde dije digo diego....y que rapidito que la salida es a las 11:00...
Atención al cliente deja mucho que desear.
Y si te quieres afeitar o darte un baño la llevas clara... no hay ni un tapón en la habitación.
Y para rematar, desde las 10:00 un ruido increíble del ajetreo de las limpiadoras...
No volveré jamás a ese hotel

While I stayed at this hotel there were construction works going on behind the wall of my room with loud noises from hammering and drilling all day which made impossible to rest and caused headaches and distress. Hotel staff refused to change my room or grant refund for an early checkout. They didn’t suggest any alternative solution and instead acted with rudeness and arrogance. A very very bad experience.

La pire nuit que j’ai passé dans un hôtel.
La chambre n5 du rez-de-chaussée est super bruyante. Je paie une chambre d’hôtel pour dormir 3 heure ?? Un bruit horrible durant toute la nuit qui nous empêche de dormir, suivit de travaux à coup de marteau de l’autre côté de la cloison à 8h du matin.. bref nous avons dormit 3 heures. Nous en parlons à la réception, et aucun effort de fait, aucune solution à nous donner, aucune compréhension. Bref si vous avez besoin d’un hôtel, allez dans un autre si vous souhaitez dormir.

Mooi, schoon hotel midden in Sevilla. Goede prijs/kwaliteit verhouding.
Kamers simpel maar wat je nodig hebt is er.
