A wonderful experience! The staff was friendly, professional and prompt. Our room was clean and the breakfast was fantastic! The hotel is in a very convenient location of Seville.

Everything about our stay was perfect. The staff were friendly, attentive and efficient. The room was gorgeous and had everything you could need (including GHD hair straighteners and hair dryers).

Breakfast was delicious as was dinner at the restaurant.

I couldn't be happier with our stay and can't wait to return.

A beautiful hotel in a fantastic central location. The deluxe room was excellent with extremely good amenities. (Bathroom and wet room were excellent).
What made this hotel and my stay were the phenomenal staff. In particular Andrea, Mirium and Valeria. There customer service, charm, warm personalities and great banter, made me feel like one of the family. Exceeding my expectations and helped make other parts of my trip effortless. Thank you.
Would wholeheartedly recommend this Hotel!

Endroit splendide accueillant et doté d'un personnel très sympathique et professionnel.
Que se soit dans la qualité de l'entretien des chambres, la beauté de cette villa et celle du SPA, nous avons été agréablement surpris chaque jour par vos multiples attentions et nous vous en remercions.
Nous conseillons fortement, à tous ceux qui ont besoin de détente et de zenitude, de profiter d'un massage extraordinaire et, par la suite, de déguster un verre de vin à l'orange sur votre Rooftop . Une semaine merveilleuse.
Merci à tous pour votre gentillesse et professionnalisme.

Beautiful hotel, staff were fabulous and we had a very large room and loved the courtyard and the open air lobby. Great location walked everywhere.

Prachtig hotel. Vriendelijk personeel. De kamer was heel proper en gezellig. We hebben er één keer gegeten en het was geweldig lekker. Het zwembad is een klein zwembad maar daarom niet minder leuk. Het uitzicht is er heel erg mooi, je zit er op je gemak en kan er goed rusten. De wellness is er top en op de laatste dag kregen we een heerlijke massage van een heel vriendelijke vrouw.

No estábamos alojadas ahí, lo reservamos para cenar un día. Fue una experiencia maravillosa. Gastronomía y servicio exquisitos en un entorno maravilloso. El patio del palacio es una belleza. En resumen, un restaurante excelente en un lugar mágico.

Un trés belle hotel dans une ancienne maison de maitre.
4 jours très sympa. Idéalement situé à quelques pas du centre historique, excellent restaurant et petit déjeuner.
Un bémol, une belle chambre (vendue comme une suite) mais au rez de chaussé, sans fenêtre donc trés trés sombre, pas exactement ce qui était présenté sur le site...

The staff are very accommodating. the hotel is historical from the 1200's so don't expect it to be the ritz Carlton, it is not.
We unfortunately had cold wet weather while visiting so not the same experience as some will have but we are so happy for the experience!

We spend 4 days in the hotel. Everything was great. Service, room, location . Breakfast very good with the best service. Absolutely great.

Certainly a high quality hotel. The staff were all very professional and courteous. The location is fantastic as we love walking around old town Seville. Unlike some reviews online, our room had a totally normal layout and was quite comfortable: the curtains made the room very dark, the bed was comfy & the thermostat could handle switching between AC and heat just fine.

We enjoyed one sunset on the terrace and one evening in the spa area. Both are lovely and helped justify the higher price of the hotel.

We did not have any meals at the hotel. Note: the hotel offers an airport transfer service that is very overpriced at 80 euros per journey - the standard cab rate is less than half of that.

Overall, I would absolutely recommend staying here.

Just returned from a wonderful stay at Palacio de Villapanes. We have stayed in many 5 star hotels in Europe and the US and this hotel was the best! The palace is beautifully restored and immaculately clean, but what really makes this hotel special is the staff. Everyone was welcoming, professional, and extremely helpful. Shout out to Jose who answered all of our questions, and made our stay such a great experience. We can;t wait to return to Seville and will definitely stay at hotel Palacio de Villapanes!!

Fiquei com a minha família por 7 dias no hotel e consegui ter uma boa noção … a primeira é que não se encaixa em um hotel de luxo , o café da manhã é caro e servido em um porão sem janela, sem nenhuma atmosfera… feio ! As funcionárias que servem o café são gentil . A segunda que o bar é sempre sem ninguem e também nao é um lugar bonito e agradável . O hotel não tem nenhuma aérea aconchegante para se desfrutar de um café ou apenas sentar ler um livro . Os quarto que eu fiquei era um dos mais caros e deixou muito a desejar , empoeirado , o banheiro escuro e sem janela e com aspecto de sujo com uma divisora pobre de vidro . A localização também é isolada da área mais central . Não vale o valor , os funcionários da recepção são agradáveis e educados . Em especial um que sempre estava disposto a resolver tudo . A área da piscina é pequena ,e sem serviço de bar … se tu queres tomar um drink você mesmo precisa ir no restaurante.. não tem serviço de um hotel bem preparado para hóspede. Fim de semana que tinha sol e eu poderia aproveitar um sol no sofá teve uma festa de aniversário no hotel tirando toda a privacidade dos hóspedes . Enfim, não se iluda por fotos e pesquise bem antes de reservar ! Eu me enganei por fotos .

My wife and I received a very warm and friendly welcome on arrival at the hotel. Our room overlooked the courtyard with sun pouring in but close to the lift and noisy with the cleaner's trolleys moving across courtyard and inside the corridors.in the morning. However, the bed was very comfortable and we slept very well. As the weather was good, it was very nice to be able to go up to the roof terrace to enjoy sunshine and spectacular views. Breakfast was OK but expensive at €38 each -would be good to have a slimmed down breakfast ie pot of coffee and croissant/pastry. In the main the staff were very nice and helpful but not enough serving in the bar, We would absolutely stay again. Location is great on a very quiet street. Mike and Gabrielle

Stellar hotel in a great location near the Centro of Sevilla. I loved the location, which made it really easy to get to all of the main attractions on foot. The hotel itself is really beautiful and historic, but the rooms have all of the modern upgrades that you want in a 5 start hotel. I was also impressed by all of the staff - top notch service and incredibly helpful! I'll definitely be back!
