Pension on 2 floors with a pleasant patio full of flowers with very simple and well kept rooms

You will have to climb a few steps to reach this two-storey guesthouse in the heart of Santa Cruz. This former 15th century convent, completely renovated in the 2000s, retains an undeniable Andalusian charm. If they lack clarity, the rooms are very simple, well kept, all have air conditioning, but shared bathrooms. A micro kitchenette is available. You will appreciate the location, the pleasant flowered patio and the peaceful atmosphere of the place. Especially if it is a short stay.

Para empezar, 53 euros por estar en una habitación con peores condiciones que en el campo de mi abuela me parece un robo. No pagaría ni 20 euros. Las habitaciones están bastante descuidadas. La limpieza de los baños brilla por su ausencia. Y nada que decir de compartir habitación con bichos. Adjunto fotos para que los que queréis venir aquí lo penséis dos veces.
PD. Si viajáis con personas con alguna minusvalía, este no es vuestro sitio. Las escaleras deberían de estar registradas en el récord Guinnes de peligrosidad.

Estancia 10/10. Las habitaciones son pequeñas y están muy bien cuidadas y limpias. Muy bien centrado, cerca de muchos monumentos centrales. El personal muy amable y disponible las 24h del día. No tengo duda que si vuelvo a Sevilla, reservaré aquí de nuevo.

Penoso el lugar , da miedo desde el primer momento que subes la primeras escaleras,todo lo que pueda decir es poco, absulatamente insalubre , asqueroso.

No sé cómo puede seguir abierto un sitio así, la entrada a la pensión ya es horrible, con unas escaleras empinadísimas que apenas te cabe el pie, la habitación sin luz natural porque lo único que tenía era una mini ventana que daba a la recepción, tapada con una cortina que tampoco es que tapase mucho, así que privacidad 0, evidentemente se escuchaba todo a todas horas y simplemente era insoportable estar en una habitación con esas condiciones, la cama incómoda, aparte que la habitación olía bastante mal en general y sin poder ventilar aquello es insalubre. Los baños eran enanos, estaban sucios y la ducha era minúscula.

Según vimos en el plano de evacuación la mayoría de habitaciones no tienen ventilación ni luz natural, lo cual es surrealista para un sitio "habilitado" para que duerman y estén personas.

Un autentico desastre, estás en el centro de Sevilla pero no merece la pena gastar ni un céntimo aquí.
