Family-run guesthouse with bright patio and clean, bright rooms with decent bedding and very sober decor
In the heart of Santa Cruz, in a very quiet alleyway, on 3 floors without an elevator, a dozen clean, open-plan rooms, 9 doubles and 3 singles. Some of the first-floor rooms have balconies or small terraces, but almost all face the street. Correct bedding and very sober decoration, with the inevitable bright patio adorned with ferns. The address is run by a friendly family. On the downside, the guesthouse is a little noisy at certain times of the day, but all rooms have en-suite bathrooms.

This family run guesthouse is comfortable, clean and rustic with what I need for 4 nights in Seville.
It is tucked away on a small street and was pretty quiet but 5 to 7 mins away on foot from the old town where the alcazar and cathedral is located.
Received good recommendations on food from Maria and there was daily cleaning of my room provided.
The aircon was good to deal with the afternoon heat as well.
Loved my stay here and will come back again.
Note there is a 3am curfew and you have to buzz for a member of the family to let you in and out. No worries for me on that front though.
