TABLAO EL ARENAL
Since 1975, this tablao has been welcoming guests to the intimate setting of an 18th-century Sevillian mansion for a flamenco dance show. The first thing you notice is the superb decor recreating the Golden Age, then the lights go down and a dozen artists (men and women) take their turn on a small, raised stage. Musicians, dancers and singers perform their art under lighting that is sometimes subdued, sometimes overpowering. After giving the audience a moment of great intensity, the show ends in a shower of applause with a multicolored fairytale ballet. Although dedicated to tourists, the tablao nevertheless offers a top-quality show and a typical dinner. A great moment!
