A newcomer to Seville's flamenco scene, this flamenco cultural center opened in 2012 and houses the private guitar collection of renowned guitarist José Luis Postigo. With some sixty models made by Andalusia's greatest master luthiers and once owned by great guitarists of the style or discerning aesthetes, we are presented with three centuries of the instrument's characteristic evolution, from the ^19th century to the present day. Each evening, in two highlights, a sincere and passionate flamenco, mixing dance, music and song with confirmed artists of the highest calibre! Please note that places are limited, so book in advance to experience the crackling inner fire that is flamenco, an explosion of emotions punctuated by palmas (hand-clapping) and the sharp clacking of steps on stage.

Very beautiful music. Enjoyed learning more details in each sequence's descriptions as well. Very impressive flamenco dancing. I had been feeling bad, but the energy of the show really lifted my mood.

Cela fait des années que je viens à Seville et à chaque fois je choisis d'aller à la casa de la guitarra en plus d'aller voir un spectacle dans lequel la danse est au centre. Ici, dans un cadre intimiste, c'est la guitare qui est mise en valeur même si un chanteur et une danseuse de qualité font aussi partie du spectacle. Je recommande de voir un grand spectacle de flamenco dans une grande salle et aussi d'aller à la casa de guitarra pour la simplicité et la qualité du lieu et des artistes.
