This festival is dedicated to the sacrament of the Eucharist. During this procession, which starts from the Cathedral and goes through streets covered with herbs, one of the highlights is the silver monstrance of the Cathedral of Seville, a superb work made in 1578 by Juan de Arfe, his most important work, according to the words of this goldsmith. It is accompanied by pasos (altars) from the 17th (Pedro Roldán) and 18th centuries (Duque Cornejo). The dance and song of the Seises in front of the Santísimo (from the 15th century) can also be heard and seen.
