DIARIO DE SEVILLA
Founded on February 28, 1999 by the Joly group, this daily newspaper was created to complement the other Sevillian daily, ABC of Seville, created in 1929, with the ambition of making it a title with a neutral tone. It has a circulation of about 20,000 and covers some national news, but mostly local and regional news. Other sections include sports (especially news about the city's soccer clubs), social events, culture, health and new technologies. Based on this model, the group has developed other "local" publications such as el día de Cordoba.
