Mit dem Ticket für das Alcazar kommt man hier kostenlos herein. Wer sich für archäologische Ausgrabungen interessiert, ist hier richtig.
Sieht jedoch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen aus. Vielleicht sollte man doch die ein oder andere Stelle etwas mehr pflegen.

Roman ruins ranging from 1st to 7th centuries AD, found in the 90s when excavating to build a parking. Well presented and nice to walk around, takes half an hour or so. Well preserved mosaics and areas such as salting factory.

You can just visit the antiquarium without the rest of the modern ‘setas’ tour/area, there is a separate ticket office, just carry on a couple of metres beyond the main ticket booth. The ticket for the Antiquarium is €2.10 for general entry as at March 2024, there are some discounts for students, over 65s, residents etc. Helpful and welcoming person at the ticket desk.

Yes, there could be some more signposting but it’s interesting nonetheless, you can download a PDF when you buy the ticket (as above, €2.10 for those saying it is expensive). It is what it is - ruins are ruins, and we are lucky to still be able to see as much as this after twenty centuries.

Antik Sevilla’ya ait yerleşimlerin sergilendiği bir müze. Alcazar’a biletiniz olduğunda ücretsiz girebiliyorsunuz. İçinde birkaç mozaik var. Orijinal konumlarında sergilenmesi güzel ve nadir bir şey ama çok da iyi korunamamışlar maalesef. Sergilenen lambalar iyi korunmuş onları atlamamak lazım bence.

An amazing fear of engineering. The discovered Roman ruins were intelligently preserved and an amazing structure raised on top of them creating a wonderful centre for the town of Seville.

I went to this site after dinner at around 9.30pm. There was no queue and I was pleasantly surprised by how much space there was to enjoy the views and take pictures. The structure is special, the views are good (not amazing). If your in the area then I recommend visiting. An enjoyable experience.

This is equally sad and typical: there are large nicely restored excavation space but almost no explanations at all. The screens are all out of order and nobody replaced them with written boards to explain what you see. This would be a small effort since the texts must be already prepared for the information on the screens. What a pity

Sincerament, sort que no vam pagar perquè ens entrava amb les entrades de l'Alcàsser perquè aquest espai està en greus problemes de cosnervació. Hi ha filtracions d'aigua i ho solventen amb galledes i fregant. L'aigua cau directament sobre mosaics, moltes zones afectades per humitats que posen en perill la preservació de les peces que s'hi troben. Museogràficament tampoc millora gens. Pots escanejar un codi QR que et porta a un PDF/llibret digital. Encara estic intentant entendre el recorregut que ens feia fer.

Imagínate recorrer la historia de Sevilla desde el siglo I hasta el siglo XIII en este espacio de más de 8000 metros cuadrados. El recorrido comienza por una factoría de salazones Romana muy bien conservada (fíjate en cómo hace su aparición el Guadalquivir a través del agua freática presente en sus piletas). Posteriormente encontrarás numerosas casas y mosaicos muy interesantes. Mis favoritos son los de la ninfa Animone, Medusa y el de los pajaritos dándose el piquito. Tras los restos romanos la visita se completa con una casa almohade a la cual le da nombre los restos de una antigua noria de sangre (aquella conducida por un animal). Durante el recorrido te irás encontrando con distintas vitrinas con restos procedentes de la excavación. Un lugar mágico a 8 metros por debajo de la Sevilla del siglo

Son restos de la ciudad romana que hubo en Sevilla. Además permite situar nuestro río mucho más interior de lo que está actualmente. En mi visita también pude disfrutar de una exposición de pintura de los artistas que venden sus obras lo s domingos en un mercadillo callejero en la plaza del museo

Structure plutôt originale
Aussi appelé “Champignons de Séville”, c’est un monument singulier, construit en 2011, qui consiste en une vaste structure en bois de design moderne. L’imposante et très particulière structure du Metropol Parasol présente des dimensions de 150m de long, 70m de large et une hauteur d’environ 26m. Sur son toit que s’étendent 250m de passerelles permettant d’obtenir des vues panoramiques sur la ville (entrée payante).
Dans la partie souterraine de ces drôles de champignons se trouve l’Antiquarium, un espace archéologique dans lequel sont conservés d’importants vestiges des périodes romaine, wisigothe et islamique.
Malgré sa construction relativement récente en 2011, le Metropol Parasol est devenu l’une des principales attractions touristiques de Séville, sans doute en raison de l’originalité de la structure!

A l'ombre des champignons :)
C'est un endroit assez sympa, original et vivant. Les sevillans s'y retrouvent pour boire un verre ou jouer au ballon. L'architecture est très rigolo.
