PHILOSOPHY PARK
A park with a children's area, perfect for getting out in the countryside in Seville
The park was inaugurated in 1973, when the site of the feria de abril was moved from the prado de San Sebastián to its present location on the avenida de Ramón de Carranza (Los Remedios), south of Triana. The park features a children's play area donated by the Danish delegation to the 1992 Exposition. The vegetation is varied: bougainvilleas, bergamots, kumquats, orange trees, poplars, pines, oleanders, jasmines, plum trees, bamboos, New Zealand linseed... Perfect for a change of scenery! There's also a watering hole with ducks; don't forget the bread. You'll also notice the fountains, one of which is very pretty and features colorful mosaics.
