SEVILLA CAIXAFORUM
Center designed by the Sevillian architect Guillermo that offers two exhibition halls, an auditorium and restaurants
Opened in March 2017, this brand new Caixa Forum in Seville is the third largest in Spain, 7,500 square meters, after those in Madrid and Barcelona. Integrated into the Torre de Sevilla center, it was designed by Sevillian architect Guillermo Vázquez Consuegra and features two exhibition halls, a 276-seat auditorium on the first floor and restaurants and a business center on the second floor. A public plaza covered by an aluminum canopy connects the two spaces. After an investment of 18 million euros and with an annual operating budget of about 5 million euros, it aims to be a space dedicated to culture, education and science. It also hosts regular exhibitions.
