MIRADOR DE MORAYMA
In the heart of the Albaicín, with an admirable view of the Alhambra, this table occupies a brilliant location in an authentic historical carmen, beautiful Andalusian villa, oasis as in the countryside. Named after the wife of Boabdil, the last Nasrid emir of Granada, who stayed there, it is one of the first establishments with a terrace to have settled in the district, more than 35 years ago! The Mirador de Morayma preserves a certain presence, sumptuous gardens and noble lounges with rustic decoration with period furniture, archaeological pieces and pretty ceramics... But the good reputation of this restaurant has also been made on its good cocina granadina, made within its walls from olive oil, exclusively organic..: fresh salmoreio, remojón salad (cod and orange) or pipirrana, crunchy asparagus with ham, sausage with tasty caramelized apples, typical Abadía Sacromonte tortilla, chicken breast stuffed with spinach, chuletas de cordero (grilled lamb chops)... As a dessert, choose from very good Arabo-Andalus-inspired pastries. As a bonus, a good wine cellar (including organic wines from the foothills of the Sierra Nevada) and another address with accommodation in the Alpujarras. Ring the doorbell, we'll come and open the door for the most attentive service!
