Already present in York (England) and Málage, this family-run restaurant offers in a very comfortable atmosphere a fresh day cuisine that makes the most of regional, organic and fair products. Behind the window or in the fridge, you will choose: soups, gaspacho, varied balanced salads, mixed rice, day suggestions with tofu or au, delicious pastries… Side drinks, than temptations: …, tchaïe, house delicious, femsa of ginger… The friendly and multilingual team offers, in the shop part, healthy products (herbal teas, infusions…) and books of recipes and organises regular cooking courses, dietary workshops and wine tastings (except summer).
