Private youth hostel with a rooftop terrace and a small bar for young backpackers without borders
Opened in Granada since 2007, this private youth hostel (disguised as tourist apartments) is primarily intended for young backpackers without borders. The Oasis deserves its name. Not far from Calle Elvira and its nightlife, it is a warm haven with a rooftop terrace with a small bar. Sleeping is in small dormitories, the residents linger mainly in the kitchen and the outbuildings lounge conducive to conviviality.

I heard from several fellow guests that they were having shower issues and, indeed, my shower drained incredibly slowly. My feet were sort of having a bath by the end!
The other issue was particularly weird for a hostel. Next to the beds, there is a plug socket and a light. But at least in my room (10) no shelf or little bag to put your stuff while you sleep! I was on the top bunk, so if I had rolled over and my phone was plugged in, it might have fallen onto the person below.
My solution was to use my day backpack wrapped around the bed frame, but this isn't ideal. A tiny plasterboard shelf or a little bag attached to the bed is all that's needed :)
Apart from these issues, I would recommend Oasis! It was clean (the most important thing), the kitchen was big, the hostel really DOES feel like an Oasis.
