Casa de Federico is a charming little hotel in the heart of Granada, run by Céline and Christophe, a friendly French couple. Ideal for those who want to relax while enjoying the city center atmosphere and tourist attractions. Several room types are available, all of which are as pleasant as they are comfortable. There's also a superb panoramic view of the city from the rooftop terrace, complete with drinks service. From the hotel, you can buy tickets directly for the Alhambra, the Sacromonte caves (flamenco shows), Arab baths, guided tours... An important detail for motorized tourists: the hotel has an agreement with a public parking lot just a 5-minute walk away. We recommend this address!

Petit déjeuner correct. Les gérants sont sympathiques.
Al reservar pedían que contactaras con el socio: envié un mail y esperé su contestación. Sigo esperándola.
Al ver que no me respondían, llamé varias veces durante días y nadie cogía el teléfono, hasta que, tras insistir durante tres días llamando en distintos intervalos de hora, me responden al teléfono diciendo que no habían recibido ningún mail y que era imposible porque no realizaban reservas para fin de semana si utilizamos la caja de regalo. Repito: NO SE ESPECIFICA.
Intento reservar sin utilizar el cofre de Wonderbox y la respuesta es que si, que habría disponibilidad.
Les informo que solamente iría una noche y me niegan la reserva colgándome rápidamente.
Pésima atención al cliente en este sitio.
