Just a stone's throw from the Plaza Nueva, this typical guesthouse is run by a friendly family of Basque origin. There are 18 different rooms with old-fashioned decor (bright or colorful comforters, antique furniture...) and a variety of bathrooms. Some rooms have TVs, and all have central heating for winter. But no air-conditioning, as the building is quite cool on a summer's evening. A picturesque garden and patios are the big pluses of this well-kept house, close to everything. Not forgetting the lovely panoramic view from the upper-floor terrace, to the roof of the cathedral on the right and the Alcazaba on the left, all filled with plants. On the first floor, the establishment's pleasant cafeteria serves breakfast (with good coffee and fresh orange juice) and light snacks. Margarita, assisted by her brother and mother, also offers a very friendly welcome.

Cierro las cortinas y el polvo me hizo estar toda la noche estornudando, cuando voy a poner la tele el mando no tiene pilas, bajamos a recepción y le explico y me dice que no tienen pilas, no hay problema...el wifi nos lo dieron cuando bajamos por tercera vez
Y cuando nos metemos en la cama ...dudo que estuvieran cambiadas o por lo menos a lavandería no olía, he dormido en suelos más acolchados...
Y todo esto por 120 euros la pareja y noche...
Si vais que no os den la 108, la reconoceréis por qué es la q tienen abandonada...el resto quiero creer que estarán de lujo viendo comentarios anteriores

Pros: Free wifi. Warm, hospitable, family run. Great location. Provided all the essentials. Great value. Breakfast Cafe next door. Multi-mode ceiling fan for regulating room temp. Flexible check in time. Halls are well decorated; rooms basic. Garden patio. Nice rooftop patio.
Cons: No elevator. No AC. No complentary shampoo. No room service for food.
