Economic pension to discover fifteen simple but functional rooms in Granada
This inexpensive, well-kept hostal is located just off the Plaza Nueva, on the main pedestrian street leading up to the Alhambra. Climbing the staircase with its pretty azulejo-covered walls, you'll discover fifteen fairly simple but functional rooms: air-conditioning, heating, double glazing, baby bathroom... Some even have a small balcony. Of particular note is a large five-person room with a view of the Alhambra, ideal for a family with children. Apart from its strategic location, the two strong points of the house owned by the welcoming Irène, of Austrian origin and owner for over twenty years, are its exemplary cleanliness and an attentive reception offering sound advice and the possibility of reserving tickets for the Alhambra or packages for the Sierra Nevada.
OUI d'accord le parking est un peu loin
OUI d'accord c'est un peu bruyant... (Mais au fait qui fait du bruit, sinon les clients ?)
Mais quel accueil ! Quel emplacement ! et quelle charmante petite pension (oui PENSION et pas PARADOR !). Et allez trouver moins cher à deux pas de l'Alhambra dans une rue aussi vivante et conviviale où tout le monde se connaît et où Irène est de bon conseil (y compris pour le flamenco!).
Les chambres sont certes petites mais propres et agréables, bien tenues.
Vraiment, c'est un des meilleurs souvenirs de ce voyage en Andalousie et la première fois que j'embrasse en partant la propriétaire si gentille, si prévenante !
Si tous les hôteliers étaient comme elle...
