In a residential area within buildings of the 1960s, a large, well-kept hotel with lots of marble with one hundred and thirty elegant standard rooms with every comfort (a good majority with balconies) and two large lounge-restaurants that can accommodate up to 400 people each. It should be noted that the Los Angeles hotel really benefits from significant advantages: the possibility of parking without any problem in a covered garage, an excellent Spa (with hammam, Turkish baths...) plus a fitness centre and above all the only swimming pool (plus children's pool) in the city centre worthy of the name! A good address for groups, companies and individuals alike.

Parking has to be paid separately and is 20 euros per day. Spa and pool are not included.
If after arrival at 19:00 it appears that a light is broken in the room, it can not be fixed right away. Even just to give a new lightbulb is not possible.
Next morning! So, there was no light in the evening. Ridiculous. Not the service you would expect. At the reception, they just act as if they do not understand you. We will not come back here. No
Tiene parking, pero deberían informar (bastaría un cartel) que no todos los vehículos pueden acceder a él, ya que la rampa de acceso es muy pronunciada y según el modelo del coche, es fácil que se rocen los bajos. En nuestro caso, es lo que nos pasó y tuvimos que aparcar fuera.
Personal amable.
No utilizamos el spa ni el servicio de restauración, por lo que no podemos opinar sobre ello.
Conforme nuestra experiencia, no le corresponden las 4 estrellas.
EN TODOS LOS ASPECTOS:
1. La habitación nada más llegar sucia, el baño asqueroso
2. Para colmo, el secador no funciona. No tienen ninguno para dejarme. (Hotel de cuatro estrellas, ojo).
3. Las toallas y sábanas sucias, con manchas
4. Dos personas atascadas en un ascensor que nadie se había dado cuenta de que estaban ahí.
5. Única cosa salvable, el chico de la recepción majo, ha tratado de ayudarnos
Vamos a pedir que nos devuelvan el dinero de una noche para irnos mañana nada más desayunar porque esto es insoportable y la verdad que es el peor hotel en el que estado y considero conocer bastantes para poder decirlo.
Una pena, con lo bonito que es Granada, que manera de fastidiar el turismo.
