Attentive and polite staff.

Our experience at the Eurostars Puerta Real Hotel was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, we were met with an uncomfortable situation: instead of the queen-sized bed we had reserved, we found two small beds pushed together. The hotel's excuse that we should have specified our preference via email is bewildering, especially considering that the reservation photo clearly showed a queen-sized bed. Furthermore, the small window overlooking the building's courtyard only added to our disappointment, offering an unattractive view.

To make matters worse, we found the absence of slippers and a toothbrush in the room, which required us to go down to reception to request them. Additionally, another door in the room was closed, and at one in the morning, we were awakened by attempts to open this door, making us feel like we were in a horror movie scenario. This situation greatly disrupted our peace of mind.

At 170 euros per night, the price we paid is exorbitant considering the services and comfort provided. The only positive aspect of this establishment is its central location. However, this single quality does not compensate for the numerous inconveniences encountered.

Furthermore, a nasty surprise added to our disappointment when we discovered that we had to settle additional expenses, despite thinking they were already included in our initial reservation on the website.

In conclusion, if you are French, I advise you to avoid this hotel. Additionally, in Grenade, it is clear that you should not pay more than 80 euros for quality accommodation, as paying more would be being taken for fools.

In pieno centro. Grande rapporto qualità prezzo. Camera molto ampia, 205, ben rifinita, con dei bei dettagli, bella la palette dei colori scelti. Bagno con ampia doccia. Super insonorizzazione, anche se sei in una zona molto frequentata, mto tranquillo. Colazione ottima, buffet con dolce e salato. Parcheggio convenzionato proprio di fronte all'hotel.

Todo espectacular. Digno de 4 estrellas

항공사에서 수화물 지연으로 곤란한 상황이었는데
현재의 진행 상황을 알아봐 달라고 부탁을 했고
친절하게 알아봐줬습니다.
그리고 방도 크고 깨끗하면 조용해서 숙면을 취할수 있었습니다.
다음에 그라나다에 가면 이 호텔에 다시 머물겠습니다.

NO SE PUEDE CONTROLAR LA TEMPERATURA DE LA HABITACION. EN DIAS DE CALOR, SI ES INVIERNO, SOLO FUNCIONA LA CALDERA; NO SE PUEDE DESCONECTAR.

The hotel is well located, and the ladies at reception try really hard and are friendly (although lots of interns).
The rooms were extremely hot, and the hotel did not allow anyone to use the air conditioning !!! They said it was policy in winter. But the rooms were very hot, super uncomfortable.
The water in the shower was not steady warm. Kept on switching was warm to cold, and hardly any pressure.
The WiFi is virtually non-existent. If you need it, you will be in trouble. Either does not connect, or when it does doesn’t last for long and anyways, you cannot download or upload anything. Really bad
Breakfast is poor.
Rooms very small.
Overall a really bad experience, fortunately we only stayed for 2 nights.
Kuddos to the reception staff, they really try but it is obvious that there is nothing really that they can do.

Would not stay at this hotel again.The room was tiny even by European standards. There was no ac or ventilation, not even a fan in the washroom. The internet was slow and spotty. The only positive was the location… close to the historic centre.

Location is in the main area. Walk to alhambra is long but not impossible. Room was quite spacious especially with city view. However, the breakfast is really not worth it 14euro with less option available compared to a school canteen

Un hotel con estrellas merecidas, buenísima ubicación, buenas camas para descansar, habitaciones amplias, buen desayuno y personal muy atento

Un 10, excelente estancia, amabilidad del personal insuperable, ubicación magnífica, limpieza muy buena.

Lo mejor del hotel es que está muy bien ubicado y la amabilidad del personal. La cama fue bastante comoda pero la habitación es demasiado pequeña para lo que se paga. Poca variedad en el desayuno para lo que cuesta, probablemente merezca la pena desayunar en algún bar cercano por un precio bastante mejor. Para aparcar interesa más el parking de Puerta Real que el propio que es muy estrecho para coche de tamaño normal o grande

Everything in the hotel was absolute amazing. However, In my opinion, the breakfast provided by hotel was not that good as others in this hotel. So If you don't mind of your meal, then It will be ok to you yo stay in this hotel.

Für mich ist dieses Hotel perfekt für einen Granada Besuch. Für meine Ansprüche ist das Frühstück abwechslungsreich und fürs Auge schön dargeboten. Unser Zimmer mit kleinem Balkon in die Nebenstraße raus. Und an alle die sich einfach das Angebot nicht richtig durchlesen, ist es nicht korrekt etwas zu bewerten, was hätte vermieden werden können. Sich über Zimmer, die keine Aussicht haben zu beschweren ist ja wohl nur bescheuert. Wenn ich den billigen Jacob möchte, dann kann ich nicht die Luxusausstattung erwarten.

Schaut doch immer auf die Hotelseite anstatt immer nur auf auf Trivago und Co.

Hier sind keine versteckten Angaben und wenn jemanden das Zimmer zu klein ist, dann einfach genauer schauen....Angaben werden korrekt gemacht. Jedes Zimmer mit genauen Größenangaben!!!

Für mich gibt es volle Punktzahl.

地理位置很好，附近有餐廳跟小超市，治安感覺還行，還可以停車（收費），櫃檯人員很親切的介紹跟建議。房間蠻大間，浴室也很大間，只是浴室水忽冷忽熱很可惜。

Very close to the historic center with good bars and businesses around. I was very concerned with the quality of the WIFI though

No confirmation email from the hotel about parking or arrival instructions, ended up driving around for awhile until I called the hotel. They started arguing with me that they emailed me, then could not confirm my email address, so poor customer service from the front desk. If you're driving here just pretend they have no setup for parking and use a public lot, it will save you a lot of headache.

The room is nice but they have this weird super bright LED over the door, so if you are sensitive to sleeping with lights on this will bother you. Location is great, super central, walkable, but if you plan to park onsite call ahead or find a nearby lot that is actually on Google Maps. Some of the rooms require opening multiple doors and walking through hallways that lead to the staircase, the design of this property is very strange.

Other weird things onsite, like garbage left in the elevator by cleaning staff going up and down for an hour, I rode it twice as I was popping in and out while shopping. They have a sauna onsite which is nice, so the hotel is not all bad but the parking situation and poor customer service ruined it for me. I would not stay here again.

La puerta del baño no cerraba, lo avisamos en recepción e indicaron que el señor de Mantenimiento no estaba ya al ser sábado y que lo tratarían de solucionar. Al día siguiente, nos indican que no pueden repararla y nos proponen un cambio de habitación. Cuando llegamos a la nueva habitación, lo primero que encontramos son unos calcetines tirados y usados recibiéndonos. Nos tuvieron que volver a cambiar de habitación, lógicamente. El bufet tampoco es una maravilla. Lo peor la limpieza, lo mejor la ubicación. No lo recomendaría.

Rooms are more on the 3 stars side, not too big and business oriented focus. The elevator it's slow and with too many guests gets complicated. Breakfast at designated hours maybe an issue for some. Finally the car parking it's not free and it's super expensive+22 euros per day even with hotel discount.

Uno de los mejores hoteles en los q he estado, cama súper cómoda, aseo muy completo y el desayuno genial y la ubicación en el centro ,puedes ir a todos los sitios andando

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff, room was a good size and had one of the best lighting scheme I've seen.

Alle Zimmer, die nicht im Titel "mit Aussicht" gebucht werden, haben nur ein Fenster in den engen dunklen Innenhof. Bei meinem Zimmer war das Fenster nur 35 cm schmal und ich konnte keinen Himmel und kein nennenswertes Tageslicht sehen
Es war wie unterirdisch. Das ist nichts für mich, und schon gar nicht mit vier Sternen. Die Einrichtung und das Frühstück waren bestens.

안잡혀요...
호텔소개에 wifi는 빼세요.
여행 중에 객실에서 wifi 안되는 경우는 처음이었네요... ㅠ
방 온도 조절이 안됩니다.
좀 추워요...
