PENSIÓN ALFIN
Hostal-boutique with a typical patio for a warm welcome
Manolo, the smiling owner of this boutique hostal opened in 2012, is no stranger to experience, having worked with his family in the Pensión Landazuri opposite for many years. He can be proud of his new establishment, which boasts a typical patio, an ancient well (aljibe) and a large, noble living room. "Alfin" as in "at the back", almost at the end of the residential slope leading to the Alhambra and "finally", relief after a whim that took time to mature and come to fruition, between scrupulous renovations, meticulous decoration, choice furnishings (Maison du Monde) and other administrative paperwork. In the end, overlooking a patio with a fountain or a pedestrian street, there are just four rooms, but they're all brand-new and very tasteful, with brick walls, beams and lots of woodwork. A little marvel to be discovered, as soon as possible, for a most attentive welcome in an enchanting location.
