A few kilometers before reaching Lemmenjoki is a charming lakeside hotel, set back slightly from the road. Small apartments for two people, rooms, including a dozen with a superb view of the lake (beware, these are also the most expensive)... All rooms are simple but comfortable. The price includes breakfast and sauna. The welcome is charming and the setting beautiful. On-site restaurant using local produce, offering a vegetarian-only menu every Thursday.
