Beautiful hotel with lots of character. Clean and spacious, which is shocking for New York! Still pricey by normal city standards but it was way cheaper than anything comparable we found in New York for that weekend. Staff was helpful and friendly. Room had cool art, lots of light, and was spotless. The 7 was down for the weekend so it was a little bit less convenient than expected getting in and out of Manhattan, but still not bad, and normally it would be super easy. Greenpoint is a cute, fun neighborhood with everything you need.

Very cool hotel in a quiet enclave within Brooklyn. Quirky design, fantastic, attentive desk staff who personalize your experience and make you feel special. The bed was too soft for my taste. The room was clean and spacious. This is my second time staying here for business travel.

Comfortable, inviting hotel with great service. This is my second stay and I will always choose The Box Hotel when visiting Brooklyn and midtown Manhattan. Free and safe on street parking is a definite bonus!

A great little hotel. Lots of charm. Friendly helpful staff. Large room with a huge comfortable bed. Very clean and tidy. Just across the river from Manhattan. Neighbourhood has lots of places to eat and grab a coffee.

I was really liking this hotel in GreenPoint until an event on the rooftop was blasting music and stomping on the floor. Make sure you do not have a room on the fourth floor on the weekend.

Super cute room! Had a hiccup with the room I reserved but the front desk had no problem fixing any issues that arose. Overall 10/10 experience and would definitely book again :)

４泊利用しました。場所的に地下鉄を利用するには少し歩きますが、インテリアデザインもとても素敵で可愛くて住みやすいホテル。キッチンも付いていて便利です。
また泊まりたいです。

Very nice and good service. Stayed here for 4 nights total, Denise at the front desk was fantastic and super accommodating for some extra needs we had at the time. Thank you!

The room was clean and comfortable, had everything we needed. The location is close to G and 7 trains, and couple bus lines.

Tolles, wunderschön eingerichtetes Hotel. Große Zimmer, leider schlecht geheizt, wie oft in den USA nur mit einer Klimaanlage, im Bad gar keine Heizung ????. Gute Betten, sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Gute Lage, abseits von Manhattan in einer ruhigen Gegend. Viele kleine Geschäfte, Bars und Restaurants in der Nähe. Mit der U-Bahn (10 Minuten zu Fuß) eine Station bis Grand Central. Habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt.

I enjoyed staying here for my birthday last month. The hotel room and lobby are beautiful and very clean. The room came with two Poland water bottles in it, which I really appreciated. The hotel staff were inviting and accommodating.
