Lucie Franc de Ferrière is a young woman from the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region of France, who has become a minor celebrity in the New York culinary world thanks to her cakes, topped with flowers. It was while helping her mother prepare desserts for guests at the family bed & breakfast that she discovered her love of pastry-making. Years later, now living in New York, Lucie posts photos of her creations on Instagram, and the magic happens... As well as being beautiful, her cakes are delicious and infused with unique floral flavors.
