This is the story of a Frenchman living his American dream: in 2020, Gautier Coiffard, a French engineer based in New York, started selling croissants that he baked in his two-room apartment in Cobble Hill (the famous 4F). His partner Ashley soon came up with the idea of selling miniature croissants, which are eaten in a bowl of milk and become a sensation on social networks. In 2022, the couple opened this store, in front of which there are often long queues. The viennoiseries are buttered to perfection (with French butter, of course).
