An elegant restaurant with yellow walls nicely decorated with wrought iron sculptures while a beautiful staircase leads to a duplex floor where a more intimate space is located. The tables are well set with beautiful white tablecloths and chic tableware. Rarely seen in Cuba, the kitchen is open and you can easily watch the chef and his team at work. They prepare fusion dishes where Cuban gastronomy is largely influenced by the international (fish tartar, stewed lamb and octopus wok). A good address!
