JAMA
Jama may be your only opportunity to eat Japanese in Cuba! Opened a few years ago on the outskirts of Habana Vieja, the place has a decidedly urban style. The red neon lights and Japanese paintings on the façade set the tone. For a moment, you feel like you're in Tokyo. Sensation that will be quickly dissipated when the owner, Julio-Cesar, will serve you a generous mojito before attracting your attention on his pictures fixed on the wall, then on the menu, unrolling all the great specialities of the Land of the Rising Sun. A bit expensive but so good!
