Francis Cabrel's fisherman's shack has been found! It's on the outskirts of Havana, in the Playa district, at the mouth of the river. Made entirely of wood, it is two storeys high and has lovely, airy terraces. The menu varies according to the day's fish and seafood arrivals. But in all cases, you'll be treated to fresh products, grilled fish, ceviche, and, quite rare in Cuba, you can also enjoy unctuous sushi, sashimi and even tataki made from the catch of the day.
