Panoramic restaurant perched on the 33rd floor of the FOCSA building. Superb views over Havana, but the decor is a little dated. As for the cuisine, there are no unpleasant surprises: the prices are commensurate with the products, under the direction of a Cuban chef trained by French chef Franck Pecol. If you're a bit short of cash, you can enjoy a drink at the bar, just to take in the view. However, if the exchange rate is in your favor, we recommend you opt for a lobster (three versions à la carte): a hearty and delicious dish.
