It couldn't be more central: Café Bohemia, which is in fact the restaurant of the recently opened luxury boutique hotel Estancia Bohemia, is located right on the Plaza Vieja, in the heart of the capital's historic center. Formerly the home of the Spanish Lombillo family, built in 1780, a meal here is much more than a simple stop-off for refreshments: the experience is as much historical and refined as it is culinary. The menu features Cuban and Creole specialties, as well as impeccably executed international dishes.
