An old small palace built in the eighteenth century: wooden ceilings and wrought iron balconies make it a real gem. The Hostal Valencia is actually the same hotel as El Comendador. Two different names that are justified by lower rates and a lower standard for the Valencia (a real headache!). From your balcony, you can almost shake hands with the neighbor across the street: 12 of the 14 rooms overlook the narrow Obrapía street. On the food side, the paella is small but delicious: the chefs have won two international competitions.

Nous avons eu une très belle chambre, malheureusement, les toilettes ne disposaient que d'une porte "western".
Le service n'est pas toujours très sympathique, et d'une efficacité inégale d'un jour à l'autre. Pour le petit déjeuner, évitez le petit déjeuner maison et préférez commander à la carte. Vous ne recevrez certainement pas tout ce que vous avez demandé, et après une longue attente certains jours.
