Not necessarily very inviting, this tower with pretty délavées colors, located near one of the busiest arteries in the capital. Air conditioning, television and telephone, however, compensate for the lack of imagination. In short, do not trust outside. Enjoy the famous cabaret El Pico Blanco on the top floor. Small swimming pool also available on this floor.

A fuir !!! Trois nuits atroces passées dans cet hôtel : aucune chambre de l'établissement n'a de fenêtre qui ferme, entre la boîte de nuit du 15e et le bar à coté c'est l'idéal pour ne pas fermer l'œil de la nuit, ménage qui n'a pas été fait depuis des lustres, ascenseur aux fils apparents qui a fini par tomber en panne...
Pour la piscine comme pour le petit déjeuner il fallait se rendre dans un établissement situé un peu plus loin dans la rue.
