Located on the first floor of the Ministry of Communications, this is Cuba's only philatelic museum. Its collection is very comprehensive: stamps, old stamped envelopes, letters, postage stamps, a piece of the first submarine cable stretched between Europe and America, an album of stamps published in 1827 by Walter Scott, a copy of the famous Penny noir (the world's first stamp) put into circulation in England on May 6, 1840. The museum's most singular exhibit is the carcass of the world's first postal rocket, manufactured in Cuba in 1939.

Tout petit musée, situé au rez de chaussée du Ministère des Communications. Peu cher, les trois salles se visitent rapidement, pour tout savoir sur les timbres cubains.
