This fascinating museum presents a collection of unique pieces on santería, which was introduced to Cuba by three African religious groups at the time of slavery: the Abakua secret society, the Ochún order and the Congo and Bantú order. These cults have their own musical and corporal expression as well as a specific handicraft linked to the production of their cult objects. Nearby, you can visit the hermitage of Potosi, one of the oldest churches in Cuba (1644).
