This company, whose services are beyond reproach, is undoubtedly one of the best in the country. The range of activities offered is very rich: gorilla tracking, hiking, bird safaris and photos, cultural tours, hot air balloon flights, fishing... In addition, the professionalism of the guides and the excellent quality of the vehicle fleet are worth mentioning. The Uganda Safari Company, founded in 1993, is a member of Wildplaces Africa, a group that owns some of Uganda's most sumptuous lodges (Apoka Safari Lodge, Clouds Mountain Gorilla Lodge and Semliki Safari Lodge). Set in splendid natural settings, these lodges are ideal starting points for a walk in the bush or in the forest to meet chimpanzees, a boat trip on Lake Albert to observe the Nile's shoebill or a game drive in the Kidepo Valley National Park. The last touch to this exquisite picture is that the meals served in the lodges are excellent and the concern of the staff, whether at the Kampala headquarters or in the provinces, is appreciable.
