LE PETIT SAIGON
This Belgian-Vietnamese restaurant is set in a beautiful garden where rabbits roam. The owner, Henry, a French-speaking Chinese man who has lived in Belgium, honours, in addition to Asian dishes, French specialities and local dishes: frog legs with garlic and herbs (35,000 Ush), seafood gratin (48,000 Ush)... From September to April, for 140 000 Ush per kilo, you can taste mussels from the North Sea; do not hesitate to contact the restaurant to find out the arrival dates and to book your shellfish and your evening! Oysters are occasionally imported. Belgian beer lovers (between 22 and 26,000 Ush) will also be delighted as Duvel and Hoegaarden, among others, are on the menu. Needless to say, Belgian expatriates love this little Kampala plot!
