Wedged between Nile Avenue, the Rock Bar and the Khyber Pass, the Rock Garden is certainly not the best table in the capital, but its terrace, under the green foliage and the colorful parasols, is most pleasant. It's a great place to soak up the mid-afternoon sun and to try out, for lunch or dinner, the variety of dishes on the menu, including local and regional specialities such as rolex, nyama choma (grilled goat meat), kachumbari (spicy salad), posho and tilapia.
