Izumi - a Japanese noun meaning, as the menu tells us, "spring" or "fountain" - opened its doors in 2018 to the delight of lovers of Far Eastern gastronomy in general, and Japanese in particular. In a refined decor and a slightly subdued atmosphere, you can enjoy hearty and delectable dishes. Alongside a few Thai dishes, the menu includes sushi, sashimi and chicken katsu. The bartenders watch over the brandies and wines while a saxophonist plays blue notes.
