As its name suggests, the Arirang (traditional Korean lyrical song) is a restaurant that offers culinary specialties from the "land of bright and fresh mornings" such as kimchi, Korean barbecue (bulgogi) or gimbap (stuffed seaweed roll). More generally, the Far East is in the spotlight as the menu highlights noodles, tofu, kong xin cai (leaves and shoots of water bindweed), rice (in all sauces!) and soya soup. Cooks do not hesitate to use local meat and fish when preparing their dishes.
