The Pearl of Africa is unmistakable. Unmistakable by its height (20 floors) and its position which makes it a landmark visible from far away. Unmistakable by its splendour, with its rooms offering breathtaking views, its lounges, its two swimming pools and its spacious gym. Nothing to say... And yet, there is an impression of coldness that emanates from this rather flashy establishment. With about twenty guests, sometimes, for some 300 rooms (including suites) the lack of life is obvious. To tell the truth, the Pearl of Africa lacks soul...
