Aujourd'hui (23/07/2023), ma famille et moi avons connu le pire service de tous les temps au Citadel Restaurant_Serena Hotel, Kigo ! Le poisson servi était presque rassis, le poulet était si dur, le chapati était dur aussi ! Seul le mouton était servi, pas d'option pour la viande de bœuf ou de chèvre! Les gâteaux du désert étaient presque trop rassis et trop durs! Le service client était très médiocre! Le jus n'était pas frais avec la variété de fruits frais disponibles en Ouganda !
Je ne recommanderais à personne de venir au Serena Hotel, Kigo! L'endroit est hype sans raison uniquement pour tromper les ougandais !

Super endroit à bien des égards. La route menant à l'installation est bien faite et entretenue également. La marina et les vues sur l'eau sont fantastiques.
