It is hard not to mention this establishment which is of historical importance as the oldest hotel in Kampala, open since the 1920s. This colonial building has a lot of style with its pale yellow façade and two arcaded floors that make it look like an elegant hacienda. The reception also has a certain cachet, with rooms that are a little less but still comfortable with internet access and plasma screen TVs. The rooms at the front of the building with balcony and view of the Sheraton gardens are by far the most charming.
