Run by a Frenchman, this small hotel has a distinct Hexagonean flavour. In the reception area, the walls, like the picture rails of a museum, are adorned with reproductions of works by Renoir and Toulouse-Lautrec. The rooms, with their small outdoor terraces, are named after French artists. A small garden, with a lilliputian swimming pool, leads to the spacious, clean and warmly-colored accommodations. Opposite the hotel is the restaurant, famous for its wine cellar. Perfect for a romantic stay.

Big deception came from the senior management who seems to ignore best practices for dealing with complaints...irrespective of who is right or not.
Some areas for improvement/advice to next customers:
Ask for a room in the the extension building opposite to the reception, they are larger, more recent and don't smell humidity especially during rainy season.
Avoid the laundry service, they tend to lose clothes as no tags are put on the clothes. No one will apologize nor offer any compensation whatsoever.
Stayed here in March for 3 nights.
