Less than ten kilometres south of the city centre, these two small harbours allow you to take in the atmosphere and pace of fishing on the shores of Lake Victoria. If you want to taste grilled fish - freshly caught and very economical - go to the (very lively) market in Ggaba where the smell of smoking and tilapia are king! Much more classy, the Munyonyo marina was once a stranding place for the large canoe fleet of the Bugandais dynasts.
