THE ELIZA JANE
Hotel within walking distance of the French Quarter, featuring a French brasserie, a bar and a courtyard that serves as a private oasis
Former warehouses in a 19th-century building have been completely renovated to house The Eliza Jane's 196 rooms and suites. The design, by the renowned New York firm Stonehill Taylor, is worthy of a decorating magazine. From the rooms to the common areas, everything is trendy and thoughtful. The hotel also houses a French brasserie, a bar, a gym and a beautiful courtyard that serves as a private oasis. A very nice address on Magazine Street, a stone's throw from the French Quarter.

Charged us hundreds in extra fees when we finally did check in.
Amenities that were supposed to be covered by extra fees would have cost us probably $50 max if we just got them on our own.
Told them we were getting woken up every morning at 4 am by dump trucks and was told nothing they could do.
Internet was out for several hours without any explanation.
