Bansang is Japantown's hottest new restaurant. Discover contemporary Korean cuisine revisited and savor a variety of tapas-style sharing dishes. All in a carefully designed wood decor, with a view of the kitchen. A veritable culinary voyage, featuring a variety of vegetables (with a special mention for Jerusalem artichokes in three different forms), raw fish and other of the chef's specialties. The bill won't be cheap, but it's a good address if you're looking for something special.
