The Pescatore Trattoria at Hotel Zoe, a terrace café on Fisherman's Wharf, is very good. We recommend it for the house specialty, Italian-Californian cioppino, a soup of crabs, clams, shrimp, scallops, squid, mussels and fish, then tossed with fresh tomatoes in a white wine sauce. But you can also opt for fried calamari with shrimp ravioli, chicken fettuccine or spaghetti bolognese. For dessert, tiramisu also works wonders.

I ordered the seared tuna and it was amazing. Cooked perfectly and full of flavor. The mashed potatoes were light, but no chunks. My fiance ordered the chicken parm and the noodles were cooked to perfection. Chicken was full of flavor and not dry.

Friendly service, yummy food, and walking distance from anywhere in Fisherman’s wharf area. On the ground floor of the Hotel Zoe. The breakfast restaurant becomes a pasta place in the evening. Breakfast is much better than the pasta.
