Nestled on the second floor of Pier 39, this beautiful painted wooden sign is a restaurant that never lets up, noon or night. Tourists and locals alike wait patiently to sit down here. The view through the large bay windows is sublime: you can contemplate the fort of Alcatraz enveloped in a cottonyfog in summer. Here, you can devour fish and seafood the local way - with lots of butter! Cod, sole, fresh salmon, crabs... the catch of the day is varied. It also serves San Francisco's specialty, clam chowder.

One of the better places - if not the best - to have dinner at the wharf. Very attentive and friendly staff. Clean rooms and furniture. Management with high courtesy that everything runs well.
