This vegan restaurant right on Union Street in Cow Hollow isn't cheap, but the flavors are well matched and the compositions original. The classic San Francisco veggie "impossible" burger sits alongside the signature burger with spinach and mushroom steak, onions, lettuce, tomato chutney and black bean aioli. Equally recommendable are pizzas, salads, and bowls like the "probiotic" with rice, tamari-marinated mushrooms, yams, chard, black beans, kimchi, hemp seeds and green godless avocado sauce.

Really surprised by how much I liked a vegetarian place! Hummus plate was amazing!

We found the menu quite limited; I think it was the brunch menu. It was all a bit pretentious and overpriced. Our server was friendly and the decor inside is nice.

Delicious vegan food! Everything on the menu is good but don’t skip the mezze plate!

I am a vegetarian and prefer food that is inherently vegetarian/vegan rather than veg/vegan versions of dishes. So I tend to be leery of vegan dairy alternatives. But the feta served here as part of the mezze platter is so good that I prefer it to actual feta. Whatever seasonal pizza is on the menu is usually great. Neatball masala is a solid stand by as well. I appreciate that the salad dressings are properly zingy and not flat oil slicks.
Props to the kitchen and front of the house for a wonderful experience each time so far!
