This running race is like a crazy party, bringing the town to life with its costumes of centipedes, unicorns, nudists...
This fun-filled run has been bringing San Francisco to life since 2012. Colorful centipedes, unicorns, nudists, giant bees... Claimed to be a "celebration of life, laughter and the city's personality", the event is made up of a 12-kilometer course that concludes with a grand parade of costumed and slightly alcoholic participants. The procession starts at the Embarcadero and makes its way to Ocean Beach, hence the name, Bay to Breakers. The festivities usually continue in Golden Gate Park. Not to be missed.
