GLIDE MEMORIAL CHURCH
Church managed by an association participating in the development of the poorest district of San Francisco
Glide Memorial Church has been the home of San Franciscan spiritual life for over 40 years. It is the church of the excluded, the homosexuals, the homeless, the Protestants, the Catholics, the Jews, the agnostics and even the atheists. More than a church, it is an association that participates in the development of San Francisco's poorest neighborhood. Every Sunday, the community gathers around Pastor Cecil Williams for a colorful celebration. A show where the cheerful choir launches into an orgy of gospel songs. An unforgettable moment.
